South Coast Counseling is a full service, residential drug and alcohol treatment home located in Costa Mesa, California, just minutes from the beach and shops of Newport Beach. Our home is a comfortable, drug and alcohol-free, supportive environment for individuals who are serious about their long term recovery.
SCC allows our clients the freedom to live and work in the community and spend time with their loved ones while providing a supportive, structured environment similar to other residential rehabilitation or treatment homes. Our goal is to help clients establish new, healthy routines focused on a balanced approach to life in the areas of recovery planning and sobriety, work and family life, spirituality, and recreation. Our alumni and residents report that it is in discovering and establishing this balanced lifestyle while at Plumer Street that is the greatest key to their long term sobriety.

Legal Cases
Probation approved and VA-contracted, South Coast Counseling works closely with the courts, probation, and various law enforcement agencies as well as our clients’ families and loved ones to ensure each program is designed to meet each individual’s personal and emotional needs and legal requirements. We provide assessment, progress review, drug and alcohol screening and court representation services when appropriate.
